How to grant F-Secure Support remote login access to Salesforce org This article describes how a Salesforce administrator can enable remote access to their Salesforce org for F-Secure Support.
Sometimes to be able to assist you with your support issues, F-Secure Support may request that you temporarily grant them remote login access to your account.
To enable remote access to your Salesforce org for F-Secure Support, do as follows:
- Click on the username and select My Settings (Classical UI) or click on the user's avatar and select Settings (Lightning UI):

- Go to Personal > Grant Account Login Access (Classical UI) or go to My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access (Lightning UI) and find F-Secure Support on the list of accounts that can be granted access to:

- From the Access Duration drop-down, select the time for how long the access will be granted and then click Save:

Now you have granted F-Secure Support access to your Salesforce org for the specified time.
