How to order evaluation license for a new customer in the WithSecure Partner Portal

How to order evaluation (trial) license for a new customer in the WithSecure Partner Portal

Resolution:

Follow these steps to create an evaluation order for a new customer account in the WithSecure Partner Portal.

1. Log in to your Partner Portal account
2. Click Ordering and select Yearly
3. Click New Order
4. In the Search or add customer, enter your customer account

If the account is not exist, click Add new in the search result.

5. Fill in the customer information and click Save
6. Click Add Products > Evaluation

Note: Evaluation products will be added with 90 days license term

7. Choose the product, click Continue
8. Enter your reference number (This value would be your own reference)
9. Click Continue
10. Click Order to finish the ordering
