Issue:
How to upgrade Cloud Protection for Salesforce? Is there any roll-back option available after upgrade to latest version so that incase if there is any issue with the new version then we can rollback to old version.
Resolution:
The latest version of the Cloud Protection for Salesforce solution is always available in Salesforce AppExchange. Upgrading preserves all existing settings and analytics data.
WithSecure Cloud Protection is listed on Salesforce AppExchange here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000EFntJUAT.
- Log in to Salesforce with your System Administrator account.
 - Go to the Salesforce AppExchange marketplace, find the WithSecure Cloud Protection application, and click "Get It Now" to start installation.
 - Depending on whether you are installing the application to your production Salesforce org or Sandbox, choose Install in production or Install in Sandbox and agree to the terms and conditions.

We suggest to try things out first on the Sandbox, then Production environment.
We would prefer to fix any issues with the new version, rather than use the old one. Technically, it is possible to uninstall the new version and install the previous one, but that should be considered as the last resort.
