I have forgotten my F-Secure Business Account password. How do I reset the password for my Elements business user account?
You can reset your password by clicking on Forgot your password on the Elements Security Center log in page. An email will be sent from which you can reset your password.
If you do not receive a password reset email, check if it has been sent to your email spam or trash folder. Also, if you are performing the reset from a specific Endpoint Protection portal login page, make sure you are performing the Forgot your password operation from the correct Elements Endpoint Protection Portal login page, since there are several of them (EMEA PSB1, EMEA2 PSB4, APAC PSB3 and AMER PSB2). You can verify the Elements Endpoint Protection Portal you should be using from the license certificate.
If you have not received any email, open a support request and support can investigate the account issue.
