Elements Endpoint Protection client does not take the new expiry date into use after subscription key was renewed

Issue:

Elements Agent (EPP for Computers or EPP for Servers) does not take the new expiry date into use after the subscription key is renewed.

Resolution:

In the scenario whereby Elements Endpoint Protection (Elements EPP for Computers or for Servers) subscription is renewed when a subscription is still valid, there is a delay of up to 8 hours for the Elements Endpoint Protection client to take the new expiry date into use after renewal
In the scenario whereby F-Secure Elements Endpoint Protection subscription is renewed after the subscription has already expired, the client will take the new subscription expiry date into use immediately.

You do not need to re-enter the subscription key on the client in case the subscription key remains unchanged.
