Issue:
Error: "an error occurred while loading contact information" when renewing or amending a subscription in the WithSecure Partner Portal.
Resolution:
If you get this error when trying to amend or renew a subscription in the Partner Portal, you need to make sure that the end-customer company has at least one contact. Navigate from the menu on the top to Sales > Accounts and click on the customer for whom you are trying to make an order. In the Customer Overview tab you will find the Contacts section. Click on the New button and add the contact information.
After the customer has at least one contact, try to make the order again.
