I’ve requested an eService Portal user account. What happens next?
- We’ll check if you already have a WithSecure™ Business Account.
- If not, we’ll create one and send you an activation email. Click the link, set your password, and you're ready to go.
- Once your eService Portal account is enabled, you’ll receive a welcome email with login instructions.
- Access the portal here.
- On the landing page, select Business Account Login and enter your credentials.
- Your username is your email address.
I haven’t received my Business Account or welcome email. What should I do?
- It may take up to 4–5 days to process your request.
- Check your spam folder for the welcome email.
- If you still haven’t received it, your account may not be created yet.
Which credentials should I use to log in?
Use your Business Account credentials.
💡 Tip: Your username is your email address.
To reset your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page.
I can’t log in—what should I try?
- Use a different browser or a private/incognito window.
- Ensure you're using the correct Business Account credentials.
- If you have multiple accounts, use the one linked to the email that received the welcome email.

- If login issues persist, your Business Account username may not match your email. You can:
- Edit your Business Account username to match your email, or
- Contact Support via our Support pages for assistance.
How do I change my password?
