Hello,

I need to know the solution for this error message which appeared after i had installed the psb computer protection package on the customer pc while it was protected till the appearance of this message

    Hi,

     

    It seems like this machine has some of basic windows API's broken. If you were able to install and it worked before then it happened recently.

    We can investigate better if you send us diagnostic logs (run "Support tool") or you can try to fix it yourself by reinstalling Windows C runtime. It depends on operating system you are having.
