Upgradation of Policy Manager and clients from 12.31 to 13.11

Dear Sir, We are using Policy Manager 12.31 and our clients having client security 13.11. Now we are planning to upgrading to 13.11. But there is a problem. We are on Intranet not on internet. Previously we update definition of the client with fsdbupdate9.exe file through policy manager.But in 13.11 we have to take other steps for updating the definition as described in admin guide for isolated network. But in Policy Manager console definition are not properly updating. Please provide simple steps to configure definition update in isolated network.

Moving to PM 13.11 indeed requires some infra updates at isolated environments. There are two options to update virus definitions at PM, one for environments where PM host has network connection to the internet connected host: https://help.f-secure.com/product.html#business/policy-manager/13.10/en/task_777302598FA64ADDBCC8044099CC07D5-13.10-en

And second one, where PM host is totally isolated and you are using some USB stick to transfer files: https://help.f-secure.com/product.html#business/policy-manager/13.10/en/task_957E20DBBA344DF3A8B1B703EA7A4F1D-13.10-en

You need to accomplish steps 1-5 only once and run steps 6-8 from time to time like before with fsdbupdate9.exe tool.

If you experience some problems updating virus definitions at offline PM please describe your problem in more details.
