Device waiting connection and "Device control" is always Waiting

Some devices (PCs) are with a blue mark saying that they are waiting connection and when I enter in any of them, the function called "Device Control" always is displayed with another blue mark with a rotary update symbolCapturar.JPG

    Hi Oliveira,

     

    If there is an upgrade, it sometimes may take a couple of days before you can see it completing the "waiting for connection" phase in "Devices". This is due to delay in the networking when connecting to update server. Else, you may try to uninstall and re-install PSB Computer Protection on the affected system. Please uninstall the program using F-secure Uninstallation tool and then perform re-installation. Also, wait for 48 hours after re-installation and then check the status on the PSB portal.
