Is it possible to buy F-Secure PSB Server Security in Premium Edition?

Is it possible to buy F-Secure PSB Server Security in Premium Edition? It should be, according to the below quoted two webpages.

Yet, one of our sales ladies claims her order form submitted for a fully Premium PSB was sent back by F-Secure with the reasoning that Premium can only be purchased for workstation platform? Please clarify the situation!
